This duplex penthouse apartment covering 150 sq metres on 2 floors has 2 large terraces open plan lounge dining room 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the apartment is double glazed and is fully air conditioned. The spacious open plan lounge dining room is on the lower level and has twin double patio doors leading onto the private lower terrace, the kitchen is equipped with a built in oven with hob and extractor hood, microwave fridge and washing machine. From the lounge is a wide open plan staircase taking you to the second level landing with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a door opening onto the second private terrace. Our large luxury master bedroom has double fitted wardrobes bedside tables and en suite bathroom with his and hers glass sinks, full size bath with shower attachment WC and separate shower cubicle. The second double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a separate shower room with glass sink.WC and shower cubicle.In addition to the 2 large bedrooms there are 2 fold down sofa beds

The Penthouse is situated on Isla Canela Golf course & next to the 5* Vincci Hotel.Isla of Canela is a natural island & consists of a Marina with seafood restaurants close by, a Golf Resort & a wonderful large beach. Isla Canela is linked by a bridge to the lovely town of Ayamonte with its quaint cobbled streets numerous Shops good restaurants & cafe bars, there are no end of fantastic golf courses in the area, the area has 320 sunshine days per year, a 10 mins ferry ride or 15 mins drive will take you into Portugal were you have access to all the Algarve courses such as San Lorenzo .Quinta de Lobo & Villamoura for those wishing to travel a little further it is an approx 80 mins drive to Portimao & Lagos were there are many other courses such as Boa Vista & the world famous Penina Golf course. From Costa da Luz you can also visit the historic town of Seville. Flights operating to Faro are Monarch Easy jet My Travel journey 45 mins & to Seville British Airways & Ryan air.

Facilities Area: The Apartment is on an 18 tee Golf Course it also has a 2 bowling greens and a swimming pool there is outside furniture on the large terrace for dining alfresco with beautiful views over the lake and golf course. Alternatively you can dine at the club house, the nearby Vincci Hotel or the quaint fishing village of Barraida, a 20 mins walk away is Ayamonte which still has a feel of traditional Spain with its cobbled streets many restaurants and tapas bars. The beach and beach bars are 4 km away a 5 to 6 mins drive away. The apartment has weekly maid service with change of linen and towels, you just need your own beach towels. The apartments have electric gates with safe underground parking, there is a lift to take you to the penthouse apartment, there is also a phone entry system in the apartment.

We can arrange for a Taxi to meet you at the Airport or arrange Car hire, Golf packages are available. We can arrange for you to play a different course each day. For information on the Isla Canela Golf or the Vincci Hotel you can go to the websites

Golf: Isla Canela Golf Cours is an 18 hole, par 72 course it has a number of holes with slopes formed by dunes and beautiful countryside with olive, orange and eucalyptus trees. The clubhouse has a pro shop lounge bar and restaurant. There is also a golf school and practice areas. Guest enjoy Golf Discounts. There are many other Golf Courses in the area approximately a 20-30 minuets drive away.

Outstanding accommodation in a beautiful area. The apartment was spacious and in very good order. The beach was nearby and the town was also a short distance away; perfect, quiet location with great views. We would definitely use the apartment again.
