It comprises a large lounge/well equipped kitchen/dinning area for 4, 2 comfortable size bedrooms, a shower room + wash basin area , separate WC + washing facilities, a South facing terrace with furniture for outdoor meals with outstanding panoramic views overlooking Lorgues, the valley with mountains beyond (la chaîne des Maures), a boulodrome for a game of pétanque (French bowling), a carport to keep your car cool in summer, and is situated in peaceful cul-de-sac. The swimming pool 12m X 8m is private, allows a 20m swimming curve, has a salt electrolyse system and a safety child proof gate from the flat. The apartment contains high quality furnishing, comfortable beds with pocketed springs, a reversible clim + radiators for winter time and WI-FI internet connection. Notes to the rental rates

  • During low season, the rate is £600/850€ for 1 month, but extra for electricity & gas. The nightly rate for low and mid season is £80/100€ for 2 people, £100/125€ for 3, £120/150€ for 4. Minimum stay is 2 nights - no overnight booking during the high season. Continental breakfast is £3.00/5.00€, English breakfast is £6.00/7.50€. With weekly rental, linen (sheets & towels) is provided at an extra of £25/35€ for 2 people, and £15/18€ for 1 person.
    Outside the high season, we are flexible for arrival/departure day of the week, and we will negotiate rates for late bookings when available.
    Please note that payment will be accepted, either in English pounds or euros, by cheque or in cash for the balance on arrival. £200/300€ is requested by cheque to secure a booking, half of the total value of booking is requested 2 months prior to arrival, the balance is due on arrival, plus a £200/300€ cheque as a security deposit to be returned after inspection.
  • SPECIAL NOTES REGARDING THE RATES IN EUROS : because of the fluctuation of the exchange rate between £ and €, rates in euros keep on changing. Past experience has shown this practice to be inconvenient in several respects, and as a result, we have decided to establish fix rates in English pounds and in euros, whatever the exchange rate. Therefore, the low season per week is £400/500€, mid season is £550/650€, and high season is £600/750€.

The bedrooms have a radiator and there is a reversible air conditioning in the living room. The flat is furnished with modern good quality furnishing.

It is our concern that you enjoy your holiday at our place - our pleasure and best publicity! We make sure the apartment is spotless clean to make you feel at home, comfortable bedding is high on the list with a king size bed (1.60 X 2.00) and pocketed springs mattresses. Lorgues is a friendly small town with character which offers a very popular Provençal market, artisanal shops and 2 large supermarkets. Sports activities are endless in the Var. It can be a gentle stroll from our house, a morning jog on country lanes or long distance rambling amongst woods & hills, cycling is very popular, there is a large swimming pool in Lorgues for real swimming, 4 riding schools nearby, fishing and several canoeing clubs. The Var can also boasts to having 14 golf courses, ST ENDREOL, one of the best, only 25mn away. We strongly recommend Autumn and Winter months with temperatures of 30° and more - that is under the sun on the terrace facing South. See our special winter month offer.

We loved our stay, the apartment was hidden away in the countryside with a fantastic view. Madam Sergine and David made us and our 2 children feel very welcome, the apartment was very clean, very comfortable beds, and quality kitchen appliances for us to use. We would definatly return, hopefully sooner than later. The warm hospitality from the owners was one of the highlights of our 9 week European holiday.
