Studio beach side bright apartment between Monaco and Italy. 1 Bed-sitting room in Menton town centre. Bright, third floor apartment (22mt2), former Belle Epoque hotel (Astoria Palace). Only 25m from the beach, promenade & Casino. Lounge has sofa bed, 2 chairs, 1 table, wardrobe and drawers buyed in October 2007. Kitchenette has a cooker, fridge, wash-basin. The French window opens on the balcony and you can see the sea of Cote d'Azur.Train station is 4 minutes walk with trains to Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Ventimille (Italy) every 30 min. The direct express coach to and from Nice Airport stops outside apartment as do local buses to Nice, Monaco, Villefranche. A car is not necessary as the old town, fashion shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, marina, bakeries, port for boats, shopping malls, department stores, hairdressers, exhibitions, auctions, famous gardens are all nearby. Secure car parking available if required.
