Our spacious, fully air conditioned villa, completed in January 2007, has 4 bedrooms, with an additional sofa bed in the lounge. The bedrooms, which are arranged as 3 double and 1 twin, each have walk-in wardrobes. The 2 master bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms which comprise bath tub and separate walk-in shower, WC & 2 hand basins. There is also a shared shower room which has WC & hand basin. An additional WC is located next to the villa's own private (heatable) pool and spa tub, where there is patio furniture for your relaxation. Our villa, which is non-smoking, is set in a quiet location on a small exclusive development, only 10 minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions, with several championship golf courses nearby. It is ideal for self-catering with an open plan, fully equipped, modern kitchen. Also provided is a full size washer and dryer, bed linen and towels. In the comfortably furnished lounge is cable TV and DVD/CD player. There is also an elegant dining area.

Our property is situated in an exclusive new development just off the Interstate 4, which runs conveniently past Disney, Universal, Sea World and a whole host of other attractions. It is also only 5-15 minutes away from championship golf courses, such as Champions Gate and Reunion. Orlando is famous for its designer outlets and shopping malls and these are easily accessible from our villa, as are a number of supermarkets, restaurants and fast food outlets. Within about 40 minutes, just beyond Tampa with its famous Busch Gardens, you can reach the Gulf of Mexico with resorts such as Freshwater and St Petersburgh. The Atlantic coast, Cocoa Beach and Daytona, plus the Kennedy Space Centre, is only approximately an hour away. Want something different? Why not use the villa as a base to visit Miami, The Everglades or Florida Keys? Closer to home - just 5 minutes away - is the Lakeland Area, boasting natural habitats for birds and wildlife. Ideal for walkers. There is something for everyone.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates quoted include payment of all US taxes, use of electricity, bed-linen and bath towels, and a professional clean before arrival and following departure (unless the stay is for 5 days or less, when a cleaning charge of $75 will be added). Pool/spa heating is not included and is normally charged at $25 per day.

    SPECIAL OFFER: Bookings made for any 7 day or more period between 22 November 2009 and 22 December 2009 will be offered pool heating at half-price for the length of the booking. Book for 4 weeks - Nov 22 - Dec 22, 2009 - and receive a massive 25% discount on the basic rental price for those weeks (not including pool heat).
  • During low or mid season, shorter stays may be available. Please enquire.
    At all times, discounts available for stays of 4 weeks or more.
  • All rates quoted in US dollars, although GB£ Sterling will also be accepted using the exchange rate current at the time of booking.

    PayPal may also be used, but this will incur a 3% surcharge and must be made in GB£ Sterling. This method may be required for last minute bookings.

    10% deposit normally required at time of booking unless the arrival date is 10 weeks or less away, when full payment will be required at the time of booking.

  • There are 4 double-bedrooms. The 2 master bedrooms have TV plus en-suite facilities, including large bath tub and walk-in shower, WC and 2 wash basins in each bathroom. The double and twin bedrooms share the third shower room/WC and there is a further sofa-bed in the lounge, thus accommodating 10 guests in the villa. All bedrooms are carpeted and all have plenty of wardrobe space. Cot/Crib hire can be arranged, although a travel cot/crib is now available at no extra charge.

Location: Our property at Vizcay, in the Davenport area, is located just off the US-27 and one mile from the junction of the Interstate 4, the gateway to all the excitement the Orlando area has to offer. It is approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, or 60 minutes from Sandford Airport.

Additional Facilities added in November 2008: We have recently added a pool/table tennis table and a darts board, plus a charcoal barbecue. Also, for our guests with younger children, we have supplied a travel cot, stroller and booster-seat.

Addtional Dining: The main (and very elegant) dining table provides seating for 6 adults. However, we have recently purchased for the convenience of our guests a corner nook which can be used for additional dining or as a quiet area for children to do puzzles etc.
