• Rental rates are based on how many guests are in your party. Prices start at £500 per week for two people to rent the whole villa exclusively. 3 people - £550 total per week, 4 people £600 total per week, 5 people £650 total per week, 6 people £700 total per week, 7 people £725 total per week, 8 people £750 total per week and 9 people £790 per total per week, 10 people £825 total per week and 11 people £850 total per week. Discounts are given for children, so please ask for a quote.
  
  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MINIMUM WEEKLY RENTAL FOR JULY AND AUGUST AND OVER THE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS PERIOD IS £800 PER WEEK.
  
  When booking we require £100 deposit for each week of your holiday with the balance due one month before you travel. We also ask for a security deposit of £100 that will be returned to you provided no damage is caused to the property and everything is in order when you leave.
• Bed and Breakfast Option.
  Many of our guests prefer to book with breakfast included and at only £5 per head per day and £2 for small children it makes great sense. Marvin is renowned for his cooking and what better way to start the day than with a good hearty Jamaican breakfast served outside on the Pool Terrace. Your party can pre-order a varied weekly breakfast menu by speaking to Marvin when you arrive at the villa.
  The Jamaican breakfast menu includes a choice of:-
  Ackee and Salt Fish
  Callaloo and Salt Fish
  Bacon and Callaloo
  Bully Beef
  Brown Stew Chicken
  Liver
  Kidney.
  Mackerel Run Down
  All served with any of the following, fried dumpling, fried bammy,
  boiled green banana, boiled dumpling and yam.
  Coffee, tea and orange Juice.
  Toast and butter.
  An English breakfast menu is also available with eggs (fried, scrambled, boiled or omelette), baked beans, sausage, tomatoes and toast on offer.
• Cancellation Policy
  
  50% of deposit refunded for cancellations made up to 2 months before starting date of booking.
  
  25% deposit refunded for cancellations made up to 1 month before starting date of booking.
  
  Deposits are non-refundable if less than one month’s notice is given.
