Situated on the first (top) floor, this apartment offers every possible convenience for your self catering holiday. The property is located within a private development with its own large and ambient communal pool with views to the Mediterranean Sea. The spacious & airy accommodation is fully-furnished throughout in a light natural oak to an exceptionally high standard. The large lounge contains 2 large comfortable sofas, a dining table and includes a TV & DVD player. The well equipped kitchen includes a hob &oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle & toaster. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, bedside units, hair-dryer & has plenty of built-in storage. The second bedroom contains two single beds & also contains plenty of built-in storage. Finally, the sofa in the living room folds out to provide another double bedroom.

  • The apartment was fully re-furbished in September 2007 to a very high standard. Both bedrooms have plenty of built-in storage and are furnished with light oak furniture with a neutral/modern/contemporary decor to suit all tastes. The master bedroom contains a Kind Size bed, bedside units and lots of built-in storage. The second bedroom contains two single beds with bedside tables and again lots of built-in storage. A double sofa bed located in the living room can be also be used to comfortably sleep two more people. All bed linen is provided.

The apartment is cleaned and clean linen and bath towels are provided for your arrival. You only need to bring your own Beach Towels. A Meet & Greet service and a welcome grocery pack are also all available at an additional cost. The outdoor pool is generally quite quiet and has spectacular views down to Coral bay and the Mediterranean. Smokers are welcome however we would appreciate if you could not smoke inside the apartment please (There is a large sheltered balcony).

Peyia (Pegia) Village

The beautiful village of Peyia with its traditional taverns and coffee shops is only a 3 minute drive or 15 min walk away, which makes it a tempting place to live! It is a great place to while away a relaxing lunchtime with a plateful of meze and a cold bottle of Keo beer. If you prefer your afternoons to be a little more active you'll find a number of local companies offering every white-knuckled pursuit from go-karting to paragliding, otherwise it's a short drive to the many fantastic sandy beaches in this area. It is only a short drive from Peyia to local areas such as Polis, Latchi and Tala. Local attractions near to Peyia include Aphrodites Rock and the Adonis Baths with natural waterfall to name but a few.

Coral Bay

Coral Bay is a short 5 minute drive away and is also within walking distance from the apartment. In Coral Bay you will find a wide variety of cafes, restaurants and night life. Coral Bay also boasts blue flag beaches which are among the best on the island.

Akamas Peninsular

The Akamas Peninsula is within 15 mins drive and is an area of outstanding natural beauty - deep gorges, a wild landscape, wide sandy bays. It is also an area of great biodiversity and ecological significance. Home to 530 plant species, a third of the total for Cyprus, 126 of which are endemic to Cyprus. An unspoilt wild place thanks to its inaccessibility. Great for walking and nature lovers!

Skiing Information:

Cyprus is a wonderful island of contrasts. Where else could you ski in the morning and then be sunning yourself by the pool or on the beach in the afternoon? The snows on Mount Olympus are a fabulous way of spending a winter morning in the Ski Cyprus arena and are less that an hours drive away.

Golf Information:

We just wanted to thank you for a great holiday. The apartment was spotless, decorated to a very high quality and furnished with everything we could possibly have needed. We were delighted with the quiet/relaxing location and really enjoyed the local taverns and restaurants in Peyia!
