Manatee House is a luxurious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa which can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Our home is fully air-conditioned, with television/DVD's in ALL bedrooms. There is a large games room with pool table, air hockey and dartboard. The heated swimming pool also has hot tub/jacuzzi attached, and a large sun deck with top quality patio furniture. The villa is completely non-smoking and is fully equipped with large washing machine, tumble dryer and linen all supplied. Situated on Marbella Resort, a brand new gated community just off highway US27 (5min from Interstate 4), with restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets all nearby. Ideally situated within minutes of Disney, SeaWorld and Universal theme parks with Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and beaches (east and west) all less than an hour away. Wide choice of championship golf courses nearby. Close to all the action but peaceful and relaxing, allowing you to enjoy your vacation as you please.

Marbella Resort is in the Davenport area of Central Florida. Easy proximity to the Orlando attractions of Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. International Drive is an easy drive. Not too further afield are the west coach attractions of Busch Gardens in Tampa, and on the east coast are Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach. Fort Lauderdale, Clearwater and St Petersburg are easily reachable as is the entire region of the Everglades.
