This two bedroom apartment has a lovely large terrace perfect for dining al fresco. The views over Eze and down to Cap Ferrat are phenomenal.
The apartment complex is wonderful with a large, warm pool, tennis courts and plenty of parking. It is very well maintained and the care taker speaks perfect English and is around to handle any small problems.
The apartment is very well appointed, clean and well kept.
The only thing is you do have to drive everywhere. The local shops and restaurants are not far away but it is hilly and hot, therefore only walking distance for the brave.
There are great, although expensive, restaurants nearby and the owner leaves a folder full of interesting suggestions of things to do and see in the area.
Owner's Response: My family enjoy the short walk down the quiet lane to the village to get the bread and croissants for breakfast or to have a drink in the village in the evening. If we are not lounging on the terrace or by the pool in the heat of the day we would drive down the main road in the car to fetch our shopping but usually pick it up on our way back from trips to visit other interesting places.
The South of France is an expensive area. If you select carefully in Eze you can find good food very reasonably priced - as long as you don't go to the internationally famous Chevre d'Or !!
