We have a large 2 bed, 2 bathroom villa that offers the highest standards of comfort and quality available on Casas del Sol which is the most sought after location in Playa Blanca due to its excellent location and mature tropical gardens. Casas Del Sol was one of the first complexes to be built in Playa Blanca giving it a very central location, only a few minutes walk away to the town centre, beaches, harbour and everything you need is right on your doorstep. It is not necessary to hire a car. Casas Del Sol is a small car free complex set in spacious mature gardens and offers a peaceful and friendly environment as well as excellent facilities including heated pools, tennis and reception manned by helpful English speaking staff. Our villa has undergone a complete re-furbishment and are very well equipped with air-conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, DVD, CD/Radio/Cassette player and washing machine. Up to 4/5 people can be accommodated in comfort.

Playa Blanca is located at the southern-most tip of Lanzarote and is fast becoming one of the island's finest tourist areas. Almost always basked in warm sunshine and with the sea a constant calm, clear blue, Playa Blanca is a holidaymakers paradise. There are superb views of the mountains and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura across the water. It is also home to the Canary Islands best beaches at Papagayo. If it's lazy days in the sun you are looking for, this is the ideal place. Over the past few years Playa Blanca, originally a small fishing village has been transformed into one of the islands main tourist areas. Thankfully, been subject to strict planning regulations, it has kept it's small village feel and has been protected from huge tall buildings and mass, uncontrolled development as seen in other Spanish resorts. Quieter than the other main resorts, Playa Blanca is fantastic for couples and families who want to spend the day around their pool or at the beach relaxing

  • We have introduced a very simple pricing policy:-

    SCHOOL HOLIDAY WEEKS £380 to £440
    ALL OTHER WEEKS £340 to £400

    We have also introduced some special low season offers:
    Early Summer Special (June until early July) £300 per week (350 Euros).
    Early Winter Special (Early December) £300 per week (350 Euros).

    Prices based on 2 people sharing. Please add £25 or 30 Euros per week and per person extra. No other extras. Babies in cot and second child are free.
  • To book the villa please contact us to request our booking form.
    A 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of your departure date then the whole amount will be due at the time of booking.
  • We are flexible on changeover days and the duration of your stay though you will find that Thursday is the main changeover day for all rentals in Lanzarote as this is when most airlines fly here)
    A twice weekly maid service is included in the price as well as sheets and bath towels. You will only need to bring your beach/pool towels.
    The price also includes electricity (except air conditioning), water and local taxes.
    Air conditioning works with a coin meter which is the only fair method as not all of our clients will want to use this. The meter takes 1euro coins.

Notes: The lounge has a comfortable settee and arm chair with reading lamps. There is a TV unit which has a flat screen TV with satellite receiver showing English news, movie, sport and children's channels. We also have a DVD player and PlayStation with a few games. Other items include a coffee table and a sideboard containing a CD/Radio/Cassette Player as well as a small selection of books and games. (A large selection of books is available at the reception for free use). You will also find some useful items such as electrical adaptors, tourist information etc in the drawers. The dining area has a good sized table and four chairs though you also have the choice to eat outside on the terrace. The kitchen has marble worktops and stainless steel appliances which include, electric oven, fan, halogen hob, fridge and microwave. The kitchen is very well equipped and you should find more than enough crockery, cutlery and utensils as well as all the items you would expect to find at home.

We have been going to Casas del Sol for over 10 years and love it due to its friendliness, excellent location, beautiful gardens and lack of noise. Over this time we have stayed in many different villas on the complex most of them that need refurbishing. This one has been refurbished to a very high standard and even had air conditioning that was fantastic as we had temperatures reaching 41C outside. We felt it to be a real home from home and even ate in several times during our stay which we do not normally do. We loved it so much we have asked to reserve it for the same period each year.
Owner's Response: The air conditioning has been a big hit as i do not believe any other rental property at Casas del Sol offers this. All the feedback we have had from our guests has been excellent and we have a very high rate of repeat bookings.

We booked this villa because it seemed cheaper then the others on offer oat Casas del Sol and the photos looked great though i must admit we did have doubts if they where real due to the low price. These doubts evaporated once we arrived, the villa was really clean and eveything was new and well looked after. We had everything we could want for and more which we did not use such as the air con and most of the well equiped kitchen. I must say that the bathroom was excellent and worthy of a 4 star hotel. All the furniture was really comfortable and the cleaners where excellent, they changed the sheets and towels twice in our weeks stay. We would not hesitate to reccommend this villa and Casas del Sol which is a fabulous and friendly place to stay. I must also mention Steve who looks after the villa and showed us how everything works, he really looked after us.

More than half of our guests last year have already re-booked and 2008 is now nearly full. I have also been pleasantly suprised by the loyalty people have to Casas Del Sol with many of our guests holidaying there for several years in a row.
