Villa 8 is a Semi-Detached Villa right at the centre of the complex it is one of a total of 14 Villas, 10 of the Villas are two Bedrooms with a pull out Couch and four of the Villas are 1 Bed with a pull out Couch, Villa 8 has pull down shutters, Mosquitto Nets on all the windows and doors and each Bedroom leads to a large Balcony overlooking the complex, Bedroom one has a double bed two wardrobes, side lockers tableside lamps shelves and drawers, this has ac and the room is cooled in literaly 5 mins, Bedroom 2 is a twin room with access to the Balcony also it also has bedside lockers, lamps etc and ac, the main bathroom has large shower with shower door towels, toilet, sink etc, the stairs are marble and the kitchen is fully fitted with intercom access dishwasher, microwave, toaster kettle, oven hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, downstairs wc and sitting room has corner sofa, coffee table ac and tv/dvd out side patio overlooks pool with patio table and 4 chairs, BBQ area & Showers

Notes to the rental rates

• There is an AC charge of 25 Euro per week, should you require Ac please inform us at time of booking and the controls will be left at the property, if you require car hire we can also recommend a local car hire company that will be alot cheaper than the normal rates.
  
• In addition to the normal plates cups pots and pans etc we also have a blender and an egg boiler on site, if you require any additional items ie High Chairs etc, this can also be arranged with our Property Management Company.

Taxis & Supermarket

Although the complex is only 5 mins from the Airport the charge to get to the complex in a taxi is approximately 12-15 Euro. This was surprising considering the Airport is so close, but I am told this is a set charge set up by the Taxi Drivers of the Island. Taxis around the area of Kalamaki are a set charge of 5 Euro. Lidl Supermarket is based just outside Zante and is worth a visit to stock up on the necessary items which can prove quite costly in the normal supermarkets of the resorts. This is located very near the airport on the Keri Road.

Air conditioning

Due to the very high cost of electricty there will be a charge for A/C of 25 euro per week. This is optional and if you decide you would like A/C please inform us at time of booking so we can leave the remote controls in the property for your use. If using AC please also remember to turn them off when not in use due to overloading and the costly repairs for same.
