Huge living area with dining space and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with further dining and sitting areas. Cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Large den with sofa bed, desktop computer and high speed connection to internet. Telephone available for long distance and international calls (charged at cost to renter). 5 TVs, cinema sound system. Over 4000sq ft of under cover space, BBQ, 3 bikes, tennis and beach gear. Sanibel Island is an idyllic island with 2/3rds of the area preserved as conservation space; fishing, boating (close to Sanibel marina) and other water sports, golfing (2 courses within 1 mile), walking, biking (cycle lanes cover the island), wildlife and of course shelling, for which Sanibel is most well known.
