This poolside apartment is only walking distance from the plaza with many restaurants from around the globe, you may if you wish stroll to the local Tapas bar for a light snack and local wine or Beer. Golfers can experience the famous Villamartin Golf course only two minutes walk. The award winning La Zenia beach is only 5min drive away and has numerous sheltered bays for Swimming, Local to the apartment is Horse Ridding, Outdoor Bowls and of course numerous Golf courses, you may wish to take a short stroll into the local countryside and experience the Lemon and Orange groves. The main bedroom has an ensuite floor to ceiling tiled shower room with WC and hand basin, twin beds with bedside cabinet and built in wardrobes. Terms: £100 non-refundable deposit to be paid on booking, balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure date. (If booking is 6 weeks or less, full payment will be due immediately). Plus £100 security bond required (in the unlikely event of any breakages etc), which will be shredded within 2 weeks of end of stay, provided keys are returned and there are no damages. Discounts negotiable for 2 weeks or more and for late bookings. Normal check in 2pm, check out 10am but can be flexible Mid week or weekend rates available.

The beautiful award winning La Zenia Beach is 5min drive with secluded coves for swimming and snorkelling, Sea fishing can be enjoyed along the many stretches of beach with some interesting rocky outcrops. The wide expanse of soft sand stretches out across the bay to give you that excellent opportunity for sun bathing. The beach is supported by numerous resturants and beach bars, and the 4 star La Zenia beach Hotel overlooks the bay where non-residents can enjoy an evening of entertainment or relax in the sumptuous lounge with a local wine or cafe conleche. The indoor pool is open to non-residents also with a small fee, you can enjoy the heated pool Jacuzzi or sauna here whilst appreaciating the views to the Med. A Lawn bowls club is situated within walking distance from apartment, which non-members can participate in a game on special days, (don't forget your whites). For the more adventurous why not try a short hack with a trainer from the local horse riding stables. Golf activities.
