This nice house is located in attractive green oasis in the north west of Mallorca, close to the antique farmhouse and gardens of Alfabia. Villa Es Putchet is a pleasant 15 minutes walk to the Village of Bunyola where there are traditional bakeries, newsagents (with English press) supermarkets, a chemist, a bakery serves fresh baked bread, and some bars. The house is elevate over a little mountain ( 150 m). Surround by marvelous mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The Villa has attractive garden area a good size pool 7x3 m.a large terrace with sunbeds and parasols BBQ. Covered and discovered terrace with tables and chairs. The area, where the Villa is located, is very nice and super peaceful,from the terrace you can see fantastic views to the village of Bunyola, Palma town and the fantastic mountains ' Ses Gubias' suitable for do the climbing

The Village of Soller is a 7 km; from Bunyola you can visit the port and by boat go on excursion to La Calobra and visit the impressive Torrent de Pareis.

Sehr schöne Lage, gemütliches Haus

Wir waren eine Woche im April 2009 zum Fahrradfahren in diesem Ferienhaus und haben die Lage und die tolle Aussicht sehr genossen. Einziger Nachteil mit dem Rennrad: man muss bis zur geteerten Straße vom Grundstück ca. 500m über Schotter und teilweise steil schieben. Dafür liegt das Grundstück sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und repariert auch am Ostersonntag eine defekte Klospülung schnell selbst. Die Inneneinrichtung ist gemütlich, es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Bunyola ist in ca.15min zu Fuß zu erreichen, wie beschrieben. Ein Mietauto ist zum Einkaufen dringend erforderlich.
