A 20 min.drive from Murcia Airport & 40min from Alicante. The town lies on a hillside 10min drive to the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea & soft sanded beaches.   • £50 Deposit Required on Booking for October through to March.
    £100 Deposit required on bookings for all other times. Bookings only secured on secured/accepted receipt of deposit and clearance of any cheque.
    FULL BALANCE to be paid 6 weeks before commencement of holiday. (Non Payment of balance will cancel booking and full deposit forfeited after this time) BOOKINGS FROM 1400HRS through to SATURDAY 1000 HRS (To allow cleaning for the next guests; Alternative or later times can be considered although an extra charge may be applied)
    CANCELLATIONS; Whilst we appreciate circumstances can change our policy is simple;
    Cancellation greater than 6 weeks before start of holiday 50% deposit returned.
    Cancellation Between 6th and and 4th week before start of holiday full deposit forfeited.
    Cancellation 4 weeks before start date of holiday total holiday cost forfeited and full deposit.
    NB We will consider each cancellation on their merits noting filling cancellations means extra costs.

  • The area is fully tilled with a mirrored Cabinet with adequate storage. Again this area is clean and functional for purpose. A Bidet is also present. The floors are tiled so great care must be made as tiles when wet can be slippery.

  • Both Bedrooms are spacious and have built in Wardrobes and ceiling fans. The main bedroom having a wall safe. Each room has additional storage in the form of bedside cabinets with lamps and further fans. All windows have safety shutters. We have tried to make rooms simple, clean, tasteful and functional. A hair-dryer is available as are full length mirrors to admire that tan !. Electric Oil heaters are available for those very rare cool evenings as are additional blankets. The Sofa Beds are actually doubles and are very comfortable. Multi Channel Sky TV is available.

Notes:

This is our home for some of the year and we strive to keep the standard as high as possible . We ask politely that this is respected. A lift is available to all floors with the exception of the last two flights of stairs to the roof terraces and pool. The garage space allocated is number 10 and is situated underneath the apartment block in a secure area. Parking is in abundance roadside outside the apartment. If you are taking v. young children please advise us of this as we would want to make their stay as happy as possible. The whole block has security doors and telephone access can be made from individual apartments for visiting friends. The balcony comfortably seats 4 around a glass topped table with further seating for 2 others away from the table but still on the balcony. An ideal place for a relaxing breakfast lunch or evening meal. The private roof terrace is very large with ample room for 20 people! with the communal pool adjacent to the terrace. Shower facilities available.

Special notes

The apartment was chosen for its position nestled amongst a Historic Old Style Spanish Town where Local Historic Customs and Events still take place. We wanted a location away from the hustle and bustle of the cheap tourist market and the glitz that goes with it. That said we didn't want to be that far away from where ''its happening'' should we choose to go there. We believe we have found the perfect place where you can feel relaxed with your family. For those who enjoy a bit of Night Time Life then it is not to far away.. If your party is more than 4 Adults then an additional £30 per week is made for up to 2 further guests (no other extras) If it is identified that more than the stated number of person at the time of booking are staying at the apartment then the person who has made the initial booking is required to pay a duplicate rental to the full amount previously paid. (ie at booking £120 then an extra charge of £120 is immediately payable) A sensible approach is appreciated.

Special notes

This apartment is part of a residential block & consideration at all times should be given to residents. Any unreasonable behaviour deemed by the owner to be inconsiderate or unacceptable gives him the right to terminate the let forthwith with no recompense to the renter. Should any enforcement damage or any other damage be caused either directly or indirectly by the hirer or his guests at the apartment then the hirer WILL be responsible for this damage. The hirer is responsible for any damage cause by themselves or guests to any adjoining properties. 'The Rules of The Swimming Pool 'must be adhered to at all times; CHILDREN ON THE ROOF TERRACE MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT (OVER 18) AT ALL TIMES. Disregarding these rules may again be considered inappropriate behaviour & the hire terminated forthwith without recompense to the hirer. NO GLASS or CROCKERY to be used on the roof terrace. Glass or crockery spillage at the pool caused by hirer or Guest will incur a £1500.00 cost to hirer.

So Many choices within 15 minutes drive of the Apartment to test all levels of skill...a golfers paradise with almost guaranteed sunshine.

Everything that is said about the aprtment is spot on. The apartment is ideally located in this beautiful village...in a beautiful part of Spain. We spent may hours on the huge roof terrace....so very relaxing ...whilst taking the odd dip in the pool to cool off. We ate very well at a different restaurant/bar each night...all within easy walking distance. The area is very safe so my boy had the freedom and time of his life !! I hope to visit again soon and have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to friends and family alike
