Raised terrace (with outside furniture), yard with gravel (possibility of parking one car), enclosed and private garden (with BBQ). Close to the shops and the infrastructures of the seaside resort. In the village: season outdoor heated sea water swimming pool, mini-golf, tennis club, horse riding club, fishing and sailing port, aquarium museum, sailing club, Mickey club, cinema, bowling, discotheque, hypermarket.

  • Arrival : every Saturday after 5pm
    Departure: every Saturday before 10am.
    At the arrival, the owner or his representative will be present to make you visiting the house and give you the keys. A security deposit of 300€ will be asked at your arrival. For your departure, the owner or his representative will be present to make the departure visit with you and the deposit will be returned to you if everything is fine. If a departure visit is not possible and if everything is fine, the deposit will be returned to you within 10 days after the end of your stay. The tenant has to let the house as clean as he found it. The representative reserves the right to remove from the guarantee the cost of the cleaning or the amount of the damages.
  • Charges:
    Bed linen are provided and included in the price.
    Heating: May, June and September 40€ / week, October to April : 60 € / week
    Tourism tax (subject to changes) from June to September: above 12 years old 0.3 €/ day/ person, child 2-11years 0.15 €/ day / person
    House cleaning : 55 €
    Possibility to rent bikes: 20 € / week

By car from Paris: take the A13 (the motorway Paris-Caen), Direction Caen centre – Exit n°5 CHU- direction to Courseulles-sur-Mer. By train (2 hours from Paris Saint –Lazare train station). After, you can take a taxi or a Bus. Bus station is at Caen train station exit. The Bus takes between 30 min to 45 min to get from Caen to Courseulles sur Mer. Once in Courseulles sur Mer it's 2 min walk from the bus station. By Brittany Ferries: Porsmouth-Ouistreham. (and then 20 min drive from Ousitreham to Courseulles sur Mer) By plane: Caen Carpiquet airport and then 20 min drive. Or Deauvile airport and then 45 min drive. This property is in an ideal location for touring the D-Day landing beaches and associated land marks.
This is a large property which the owners have thought of many extra features to ensure you have an excellent holiday whatever time of the year or weather.
The games room is a bonus to the comfortable family gite.
The garden is large and private and the lay-out of the house enables a large family to have their own space when necessary.
The only slight negative feature being the main lounge lacks a little comfort in the seating arrangements and older visitors may struggle with the low seating.
