This spacious and tastefully furnished penthouse apartment has full air conditioning/heating. It has three terraces, one accessed from either the kitchen or lounge, another from the master bedroom (ideal for breakfast as it gets the morning sun), and the third is a large secluded rooftop solarium, ideal for barbecues and sunbathing, with views overlooking Portugal. The apartment block is accessed via security gates, and the apartment has its private car parking space, and has lift access. The apartment is located on a new development with championship golf courses. It overlooks the swimming pool and children's splash pool, and would make the perfect holiday base for families or golfing enthusiasts alike.

Costa Esuri is situated on the border between Portugal and Spain, making it an ideal base for you to discover both Andalusia and the Algarve. This new residential development has two golf courses, one of which is a championship course. The pretty fishing town of Ayamonte is close by, and is a great place to experience typical Spanish life; many of its lively plazas and streets are pedestrianised and are full of restaurants, cafes, shops and boutiques. It's picturesque marina is not to be missed. Only a 10-minute drive away are the beautiful long beaches of Isla Canela and Isla Christina, and the E1 motorway is a 5-minute drive away, to take you to either the historic city of Seville (1hour approx) to the East, or Portugal's Algarve to the west. Use of a car is, therefore, highly recommended.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates shown above apply to two guests. A charge of £10 per person per week is payable for each additional guest (up to a maximum of 6). Bookings can be secured with a deposit of £100 with the balance payable six weeks before the start of the booking. There is a refundable damage deposit of £200, which is to be paid into our bank account, prior to the rental period. This damage deposit will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property following your holiday period.
  • Long term rentals (3 weeks or more) over the winter period are charged at reduced rates, to be negotiated.

Notes: The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, electric juicer. Utility room has washing machine, clothes airier, iron and ironing board, with doors opening onto the terrace. Living room is a large lounge/diner, with dining table and seating for 4, 2 sofas (converts to sofa bed to sleep 2), coffee table, nest of tables, display unit, with Sky TV and digibox, DVD player, CD player and radio, large selection of CD's, DVDs and books. French windows leading onto terrace. Rooftop solarium (38sq m) has barbecue, sun loungers, tables and chairs, with views across to Portugal. Bedroom terrace (9.9sq m) has table and 2 chairs - East facing makes it ideal for enjoying breakfast. Main terrace (15.10sq m) has large table and four chairs. Bed linen, bath and hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are all supplied. Please supply your own beach/pool towels. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. A welcome pack is available on request

What a wonderful holiday!!

My family and I visited the apartment in August 2009 for a 10 night stay. It was perfect for our family, as we could let the children use the pool and keep a close eye on them from the apartment above. The apartment was beautiful and we felt very 'at home' straight away. There is everything there that you would need. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the terrace. We spent more time in the apartment than we would normally do as we just enjoyed being there. It was a very relaxed and peaceful holiday and I would recommend the apartment to anyone. It is ideally placed to see not only Spain but Portugal. We would love to return again soon!

We stay last summer in this apartment and we liked it very much. The apartment has everything you need, with a great roofterrace. We come with a baby from 7 months, that was no problem. There is a babybed and a childchair.
When we are in the surrouding, we come back at this place.

realy great holidays in this very nice appartement, quit, nice and very well equiped.
we spend a wonderful week, and we recommend it for everybody wants to forget the city and its noises.
Perfect to discover Portugal, isla christina and isla canela

Stayed here three times recently, twice with our two young children. Apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, and the service from the local agents excellent. Plenty to see and do in the surrounding area for youngsters with some fabulous beaches just over the border in Portugal. Thoroughly recommended.
