Situated just outside the small hamlet of Petit-Bersac on the border of Charente and the Dordogne is Lo Nogier, which sleeps 6 (1 double, 1 twin & 1 bunk), a very old stone built single storey farmhouse boasting a wealth of exposed wooden beams and Le gite, sleeps 8 (1 double ensuite & 3 twin), a spacious traditional stone converted barn which has been tastefully restored and furnished retaining charm and character. Both properties sit peacefully within the same grounds, nestling in 1 acre of private gardens surrounded by cornfields and splendid views of the Dronne valley. A private swimming pool (security fenced) lies adjacent to both properties with covered terrace on which to sip cool drinks on hot summer days. Both properties have patios with ample garden furniture & BBQ. The layout of the property makes it ideal for two large parties to share a holiday, but retain the space, privacy and convenience of separate facilities including a detached utility room with washing machine.

Lo Nogier is a very old stone built single storey farmhouse boasting a wealth of exposed wooden beams; this beautifully secluded house consists of Lounge/Dining Room with beamed ceiling and stone walls. Large fireplace complete with log burning stove. Telephone for local calls only. Dining table/chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, extensive range of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. There is a separate outside eating area leading from the kitchen which is completely covered. One double bedroom, one twin room and one bunk room. Separate bathroom with WC, bath and shower. Separate shower room with WC. The detached two storey barn has a ground floor open plan effect for lounge, dining area and kitchen. The washing machine is in a separate utility room.

Nearest Airport: Bergerac at 69 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Angouleme at 50 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 8.0 Kilometres

Aubeterre, only 5km away has much to offer including the astonishing sixth century monolithic church built within a cave in the hillside and the twelfth century Eglise St. Jacques; a puppet theatre. You will also find a museum, craft shops, bank with cash point, post office, doctor, dentist, chemist, patisserie, butchers and a newsagent. There are numerous eating establishments to cater for all tastes from a creperie to an Italian restaurant. Most of the restaurants are located around the square so seating with tables is provided in the square which gives for a wonderful ambience when able to sit outside. A small market (mainly food) is held every Sunday morning in the square. When it comes to leisure, options are varied, there is a beach, a large safe clean and supervised swimming area with diving boards, children’s playground, volleyball and 3 all-weather tennis courts; also a bar and snack restaurant. Canoes and bicycles are available for hire. Larger town of Riberac only 8km away
