This is a totally new spacious townhouse set in the hills of Medina Sidonia. It contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so plenty of room for all. the lounge has comfy sofas , free view sky , and double doors leading on to the front porch. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. It also has a separate dining room for 6 persons . The kitchen is all new and with all modern facilities, this leads to a large patio at the back , totally enclosed so you have privacy. The townhouse has 3 floors the 3rd being the roof terrace where again you have your own space and views as far as chiclana and the sea. Medina Sidonia is one of the famous white villages of old , but now boasts a new supermarket and hotel , both of which are within walking distance , but it still contains the history of old.
