Home is South of Via de Ventura and just West of Hayden road. It is 2 miles West of the 101 Freeway. The Home is only a few minutes drive from the Hyatt Regency and Gainey Ranch. The community borders two Championship Golf Courses (Palm Course and Pine Course). Preferred tee times and direct billing are offered to both courses as well as 10 additional courses in Scottsdale. The home is equal distance to the two best shopping areas in Scottsdale. Old Town Scottsdale/Scottsdale Fashion Square are 10 -12 minutes south and Kierland Commons outdoor shopping mall is 10-12 minutes north. Westworld (home of Barrett Jackson car auction and the Arabian Horse Show) is also about 10 minutes north of the home.
