The exact date of construction is unknown, but it is estimated to be during the 1650. Iit’s in Agrigente in the street Alletto n. 21 and it can accommodate until 5 persons. It’s not a bed and breakfast, but an home vacations. We don't rent the singles rooms, but all the apartment. The apartment has been restructured least days, and all the furniture are new. Attacked to the Church Saint Francesco di Paola. Near to the railway station and the bus stop. It finds itself to 5 km from the beach of Saint Leone, to 5 km from the beach of Porto Empedocle (Vigata) and to 3 km from the Valley of the Temples. The price of all the apartment is all inclusive, (water (9300 liters), gas, electric power, washing machine, conditioned air, towels, bedding, sheet, table cloths, plates, pots, etc. etc.) No additional cost. Equipments: 1 standard double room. 1 sleeper sofa. 1 single bed.

The weather in Sicily, Italy is usually mild and it is a typical Mediterranean climate. In winter the temperature is hotter respect the rest of Italy and Europe. In fact, during the winter, the rain falls for few days in November and December. In Autumn and Spring, the weather is nicely warm. Summer is very hot, specially in July and August.
