The big master bedroom and the 3 balconies of the living room face Campo San Silvestro, one of the most characteristic campos in Venice. All the rooms have ceiling fans, and there is a movable air conditioning machine. The apartment is 100m far from Rialto bridge, close to the church of San Silvestro, one of the oldest in Venice, a very special area quiet and lively at the same time, where old Venetian families live and just a step from the very vivacious Ruga Rialto, with all its little workshops, bars and restaurants, and from the picturesque Riva del Vin with its open air restaurants and bars beneath Rialto bridge.
