Tuscan Mill retaining many original features including mill stone, wooden beams, terracotta floors and open fireplaces. The villa set in 1.5 hectares of landscaped gardens with swimming pool. Situated 2km from the traditional village of Civitella Marittima which has all essential services. For more services and a supermarket, the villages of Paganico and Roccastrada are only 7km and 12km respectively. The historical cities of Florence, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Arezzo are all within an hour's drive. Pisa and Florence airports are both 1.5 hours drive, with Rome being a 2 hour drive. Beaches and mountains are 45min drive away. Two good golf courses within 45min. Other activities in the area include great walking and cycling. Horse riding, wine tasting and cookery demonstration packages are all available on request. Two larges terraces overlooking lovely landscaped gardens and private swimming pool, with shaded and open air seating for 7. Gas BBQ.
