Luxury three bedroom two bathroom villa in Coral Bay Village located in a pleasant cul de suc and within walking distance of a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, and the Municipal sandy beach of Coral Bay. The villa boasts a large private outdoor area including a 5m X 10m pool with walk-in steps, a private outdoor dining area, a outdoor lounge, and a full collection of outdoor furniture including sunbeds and umbrellas. Inside, the villa has a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, a spacious lounge, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and the master bedroom with en-suite is on the first floor. The master bedroom has a balcony which benefits from exceptional views.

Booking information: Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday as this is the day of the week on which the bulk of the flights fro the UK into Paphos take place. However, if this is inconvenient we will do our best to be accommodating. If you would like to provisionally reserve a villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take your chosen villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days in order to offer some ‘breathing space’. Once you have found suitable flights, to secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 25% and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct bank transfer. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement. We would be happy to provide you with airport transfers or a quote for car hire.

Airport Transfers & Car Hire: Upon your arrival, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Alternatively, if you hire a car for your holiday, I can recommend a close friend who will give you a good deal on car hire. He can also meet you at the airport and drive you to the villa at no extra cost if it is from Paphos Airport. If you mention to him that you have booked your villa through Chris he will give you the best deal possible.

The villa is ideally situated in a quiet Cul-de-sac a 5min walk from Local Supermarket, bar and restaurants...10 minitue walk for the main street in coral bay with plenty of other bars, shops etc..
Stunning Beach and Harbour with watersports is a 5 minute stoll away with fantastic views.
The villa is well maintained and very clean all 3 bedrooms are a good size and the living area is tastefully furnished. The large pool is brilliant... I would recommend it...First class we will be back..

Our experience at The Kalithea Villa in Coral Bay

When we arrived at the property the first thing I noticed was the magnificent marble staircase! My husband and I shared the room upstairs with en-suite and balcony - a great get-away from the four kids! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us.

The pool was well maintained (twice in our 2 weeks). Very comfortable sun loungers. It was very private and not overlooked by other villas. Perfect location for beach and Restaurants. Our favourite being The Sea Elephant (the first restaurant in the high street). They had good entertainment, belly dancers etc. on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Excellent food and service!

Our favourite outing was to the Bird and Animal Park. It was so hot we hired a buggy to drive around the Park. The highlight was feeding the Giraffes!

It is very hot in August so we did spent alot of time in the pool and air conditioned car! Nice friendly people, would definitely go back and would recommend this property.
