Notes to the rental rates

1/3rd deposit payable on booking. Full balance payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Bed linen for all permanent beds is included in price. Additional bedding can be provided with prior arrangement for extra / sofa beds. Pets allowed with prior arrangement. All guests are requested to pay a separate Good Housekeeping deposit of £200 per party to offset any damages or breakages or additional costs incurred in restoring the property to a suitably clean and tidy condition. The deposit cheque will not normally be banked and will be shredded following your stay unless funds are required, in which case you will be informed in writing of the of the amount deducted and the balance returned.
