Town house style condo, semi detached, 3 beds and 3 baths, spacious living areas, 1760 sq feet under roof plus large wrap around lanai, 2600 sq feet in total, living room with dining area, tastefully decorated with many Robb and Stucky pieces, plus sunny office/nursery area. Large flat screen HD TV with extra entertainment and sports channels. Massive master bedroom suite. Beautifully landscaped site with communal heated pool, leading to gulf beach on Sanibel's quiet east end, close to east end shops, deli and restaurant, Sanibel Marina and two golf courses within 1 mile fully equipped, garage, beach gear, two bikes, high speed internet link in small office/study facility for long distance calls (charged to owner). The Kitchen has just been remodeled. Glimpses of the ocean from the 3rd floor bedrooms and the 2nd floor terrace, but not a full ocean view.
