Large self-catering apartment enjoying the best location on the complex. It has a huge balcony with great views over the ocean and Torviscas area. It gets the sun all day and there's nothing better than sitting back on the balcony, under the pergola, drink in hand, watching the sun setting behind the neighbouring island of Gomera. It is fully equipped for your stay. The kitchen has a 4-ring electric hob, full oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. The living room is very comfortable with two sofas, private phone line, TV (with access to BBC1 & 2 and ITV) and a DVD player with a small collection of DVDs. From the living room you can access the balcony through the large patio doors. The bedroom has 2 single beds, chest-of-drawers and built in wardrobe. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans. It is a lovely apartment enjoying the best location on the complex and is ideally located if you are hiring a car where you can park in the cul-de-sac right outside the front door.

The complex is set away from the centre of las Americas therefore in a quieter area. It is well run and has a nice pool with a poolside bar serving cooked snacks, drinks and ices during the day. There is also a mini-mart selling some groceries next to the reception. The apartment is managed by a British owned company and are easily contacted in event of an emergency. There is also a supermarket nearby selling all manner of British foods as well as Spanish. The complex is situated approximately 15 minutes walk from the San Eugenio area of Torviscas and Fanabe beach and a short taxi drive into the centre of las Americas.
