  • A 20% deposit is required for all bookings between August and February. During the Polo Season (Mid February to August) and for lets in excess of one month, one full months rental is required in advance as a security deposit. Cheaper rates for monthly let!!

    Normal letting price is £375 per week or part thereof. If you take the house for a full month this can be arranged at the reduced rate of £1,400 (saving £225 per calendar month).
  • Cancellation policy:
    - up to 49 days before rental period: 10 % of deposit
    - up to 35 days before rental period: 30 % of deposit
    - up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of deposit
    - up to 14 days before rental period: 90 % of deposit
    - Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of deposit.
