These fabulous Forest Valley luxury apartments are set in a beautiful five unit complex in absolute prime position directly overlooking the large pool, just a short walk to Calis beach and all the amenities with a 10 minute bus ride from Fethiye. You'll feel totally spoilt in this wonderful location where you can benefit from the best of both worlds - peace and quiet when you need it with tranquil surroundings, but near enough to everything you require for a great holiday. The apartments are fully air conditioned and beautifully furnished with many many extras. Both apartments have 5/6 large balconies with a built in barbecue and all with fantastic views. Both of the apartments have lovely bright and airy fitted kitchens with full cooking facilities, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. The complex is totally private, highly maintained and is one of the very few complex's that has its own CCTV security system. If you are looking for a holiday with all the tick boxes this is it!

This 3 bedroom luxury duplex apartment is furnished to the highest of standards and has all the extras that will make your holiday one to remember. Access to the exceptionally large lounge which is a lovely light sunlit room is by way of a beautiful marble staircase and here you will find wide screen TV, DVD CD (with over 40 DVD's & CD's) and Satellite TV. This beautiful room has its own large high balcony which has seating for watching those evening sunsets. Leather cream sofas (make into double sofa beds) beautiful dark quality furniture make this room a pleasure to be in. The master bedroom and main bathroom are also on this floor. There are two further bedrooms with a shower room in between. Both bedrooms have their own large private balcony with patio furniture and fabulous views. The dining room/kitchen is a beautiful bright room with ample space for cooking and dining - this room boasts more large balconies one with its own built in barbecue for dining el-fresco.

Calis Beach is situated on the South West of Turkey a short distance from Fethiye which boats a fabulous bay protected by a ring of 12 islands with its own port and harbour. Calis is a beach resort with stunning views and spectacular sunsets the area is a fantastic choice as it is situated amongst the mountains and the sea, offering a lovely refreshing breeze all year round. The area is one of natural beauty with breathtaking scenery and exceptional weather. Along the Calis seafront there is a pedestrian boulevard, with many excellent restaurants, bars and shops. The atmosphere here very relaxed making it an ideal holiday destination for sun worshipers, couples and families. You can pamper yourself at one of the many Turkish baths or visit nearby Oludeniz and the Blue Lagoon (one of the most photographed beaches in Turkey) If history is your interest you will not be disappointed , the places to visit are endless, old Roman Cities and tombs, churches and many other antique remains

    The above rates are for up to and including 6 people (including children) a subsidy of £40 pp will be charged for 7-10 persons
  • A booking deposit of 20% (non-refundable) is required at time of booking. A refundable security deposit (for breakages/damage etc) of £75 is also required, which will be refunded (subject to satisfactory property inspection) approx 14-21 days after your return.

    Balance payable 10 weeks prior to travelling. Late cancellation fees will apply. Contract applies as soon as booking form returned.

    If transfer arranged with owner - payment to be made direct to transfer driver on collection at Dalaman Airport. The cost of this is £90 return up to 6 people 7-12 people £100 (prices may change)

    Please be aware that Dalaman Airport charge a fee of £10 per person before entry can be made into Turkey. This must be paid before entering passport control.
  • Please note- the ground floor apartment (2 bed duplex sleeps 4/5) is owned by the same owner and can be rented together with the top duplex at a special discounted rate - please enquire for details.

  • There are two bathrooms and both are beautifully fully tiled in dark blue. The first floor bathroom consists of one power shower in its own built in cubicle, one toilet and one hand basin, this is situated in between the double and twin bedroom. The second bathroom is situated on the top floor next to the master bedroom, this consists of a full size bathtub with power shower above, one toilet and one hand basin. There is a large free standing bathroom cupboard with first aid kit and all the medicines/tablets/creams/ etc you may find yourself requiring whilst on holiday - these are for your convenience. Plenty of hand and bath towels are supplied for your use.

Parasols and sun loungers are provided. There is a large shared pool with a seperate baby splash pool which is directly in front of the apartment. Patio furniture is provided for use on all of the balconies. Lots of extras inside the apartment for your convenience - hairdryer, sandwich toaster, panini press, deep fat fryer, wok, slow cooker - 2 pin plugs provided, Tea, coffee and sugar, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls etc supplied. CCTV security system and wi=fi access.

Thank you so much Carol for allowing us to stay at your beautiful apartment in Calis. It exceeded our expectations by far and has to be number one on our list of holiday destinations. We felt at home as soon as we arrived and were overwhelmed by the clean and fresh well maintained property that you obviously work very hard to keep in such a superior condition. We never wanted for anything as you have thought of everything from "Teapots to Toastie Makers" and thank you for leaving milk tea and coffee as it was so lovely to make a "cuppa" on arrival. The pool was fantastic and so clean as were the gardens and so pretty with beautiful plants, which we enjoyed looking down at on an evening from the balcony, as well as taking in the breath taking views and sipping a cool glass of wine!
Calis is a wonderful place, with such friendly people and many superb places to eat, catering for every taste and so cheap! We found it so easy to travel around as it was only a few minutes walk down to Calis Beach and the local bus passed by the apartments every ten minutes or so which could take us in to Fethiye for a couple of Lira, this was great value and we also found it so easy to arrange our trips out, as every excursion was available to book in Calis. The boat trips are well worth a day out and we also had a fun time at the Blue Lagoon Beach. Your information book was so useful for places to eat and visit and I only wish we could have stayed longer to sample more of the delights on offer.I will definitely be recommending your property to all my friends and family.

This was our second visit to Calis & this apartment and we have already booked for 2010 - it just gets better and better. Our friends booked the apartment next door this time and they have already booked to go back with us next year. You are really spoilt at this gorgeous complex with beautiful surroundings and all you want. The apartment is heaven absolutely spotless- it is furnished out to the highest of standards with lots of extras thrown in real luxury. The balconies make it - just looking out over the pool and mountains and watching the famous Calis sunset. The restsurants are very cheap and really good value the food is great and the people cant do enough for you. We went onb a private boat trip there were 8 of us and it worked out at £15 a head from 10am-6pm the boat was all ours - we fished, we swam in the turquoise waters and the food - a BANQUET was prepared for us - we couldnt beleive it for £15 - superb.
We went on a jeep safari - great fun - all the trips were really good value - the weather was glorious - sunshine every day
Cant wait till July 2010!!!
