Within 10 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. La Sella Golf Club is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. This is a private members club open to the public. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This is a testing course of 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre
Other leisure facilities:
Both Javea and La Sella golf clubs have tennis and squash courts. Other tennis courts can be found in Benitachell and Moraira. There are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park. El Vergel safari park is 20 minutes north (near Denia) and also in the area are a number of go-karting tracks. Water sports that can be enjoyed include swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, windsurfing, and for the less energetic, sunbathing. Moraira also has a popular marina which is host to a myriad of yachts.
