Completed in 2004, this villa is part of a new development situated on the cliff tops of Cumbre del Sol near the charming fishing port of Moraira. The villa itself is light, air-conditioned, and well equipped, with spectacular views of the distant mountains of Sierra Bernia and the sea with the Rock of Calpe. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and, if wanted, a further large bedroom and bathroom in the Garden Suite which has its own entrance. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials for self-catering, including a cooker, microwave, toaster and large fridge/freezer. It opens onto the living room whose curved windows have lovely views over the surrounding community and distant hills. Outside the sitting room is a spacious naya with seating for eight. Steps from the naya lead down to a large pool with a sun terrace. There are two communal pools with a bar within walking distance and many sandy beaches in this area with lovely beach bars.

Completed in 2004, this villa is part of a new development situated on the cliff tops of Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell near the charming fishing port of Moraira. This area of Spain is tastefully developed and is noted for the absence of high rise flats and hotels. There are many local towns to visit such as Moraira, Calpe and Altea and the surrounding hills are covered with orange and olive groves. Javea, Calpe and the Jalon Valley are all nearby. The small towns of Benitachell, Benissa and Teulada are only 10 minutes away. All the villages hold a weekly market where bargains are to be had. The larger seaside town of Javea (also with superb beaches) is less than 20min drive. A little further afield is the mountaintop village of Guadalest with spectacular 360 degree views of Spain. For children, Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are 40min away.

  • THE RATES ARE FOR TWO BEDROOMS AND ONE BATHROOM. IF YOU WANT TO HIRE THE GARDEN SUITE. (DOUBLE BEDROOM AND EN SUITE BATHROOM,) THE CHARGE WILL BE AN EXTRA £70 BETWEEN SEPTEMBER AND JUNE AND £90 FOR JULY AND AUGUST.
    Towels and sheets are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning and laundry is included at the beginning and end of your stay. Extra cleaning and laundry may be requested for a fee of £65.
    A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remainder of the rental six weeks before your holiday.
    A refundable breakages deposit of £100 must be paid with the rental.

Golf: Within 10 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. La Sella Golf Club is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. This is a private members club open to the public. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This is a testing course of 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre

Other leisure facilities: Both Javea and La Sella golf clubs have tennis and squash courts. Other tennis courts can be found in Benitachell and Moraira. There are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park. El Vergel safari park is 20 minutes north (near Denia) and also in the area are a number of go-karting tracks. Water sports that can be enjoyed include swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, windsurfing, and for the less energetic, sunbathing. Moraira also has a popular marina which is host to a myriad of yachts.

Stunning Views, Beautiful Vill

Just returned from two fabulous weeks. The villa is comfortably furnished, with enough homely touches to make it easy to stay in, but without the feeling that you are staying in someone else's house. The pool is fabulous, and we could have sat and looked at the views for ever. Actually don't want to write this review because I don't want to encourage other people to know about the villa. I'd love to go back again in the future, it was the best holiday I've had in several years.

Perfect in every way

We have recently returned from 10 days in Casa Helena at the beginning of this month and we loved every second of the entire holiday. The villa is perfect in every way, we could not fault it. It is very homely and has everything you could need. The views are breathtaking, in fact we decided to eat in most nights as we preferred the location there to any of the restaurants in Moraira (and Moraira itself is hard to beat).
The area is beautiful, we stayed in Moraira last year so we already knew our way around. Cumbre Del Sol is wonderful, very friendly and so pretty too I really cannot describe how perfect it is.
The communal pool is a fabulous complex with a bar and very friendly staff, they have lots going on with entertainment on most evenings.
Highly recommended, we are intending to book again for next year.
For me the pool at the villa was the icing on the cake, it's a good size and very clean and we spent hours in there most days.
Thank you for giving us opportunity to stay there, we are already looking to book next year!

Beautiful villa, stunning views

What a fantastic location for a relaxing holiday in the sunshine! Stunning views from the balcony, a perfect spot for bbqs and paellas, as well as playing cards and chilling in the evening sunshine. We loved the pool too, what a great size, we used it for a few games of water volley ball as well as lazing on lilos! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and the recommendations for local taxis made getting into Moraira in the evenings easy. The local beach is gorgeous. We also took a trip into Valencia for a bit of sightseeing and had great fun at the water park Aqualandia.

This is the best place to go if you want a relaxing holiday. Amazing beaches near with amazing Paella!..
I will defo be going back!!!!
