Our newly built three bed roomed detached walled villa is situated in secure tropical surroundings. It is air conditioned throughout, supplemented by ceiling fans. Comfortable self catering accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated in a modern oriental style. Bedrooms all with en suite facilities have safes and ample wardrobe space. The extensive living area offers elegant living with seating for nine or more people and the latest technology in listening and viewing. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, four ring hob, combination microwave oven, juicer, kettle and toaster. An under cover dining area overlooks the swimming pool offering alfresco style living. The villa sits in a luxury complex where privacy and 24 hour security are assured. An in-house service is available by arrangement, including daily maid, babysitting, cooking and laundry service. Limousine transfer from Bangkok city/airport can be arranged.

I am a 28 year old Italian boy and I stay twice for my holidays in this fabulous villa, in Jan 2008 and in Jan 2009. In total 5 weeks. I came back because I think that this home is a haven of peace, tranquil and safe, but at the same time very near to all you need for a wonderful holiday. This villa is on an exclusive villa complex totally without traffic and consequently is impossible to be disturbed. This villa is built according to high European standards and when we arrived we think that nobody have lived in this villa before. It is all very clean and tidy, perfect. The rooms are all very large and cosy and all have a suite bathroom. In the large and luminous living room there is a big TV, CD, DVD and powerful hi-fi, so it is possible to listen to your favourite music and swim at the same time in the large private pool (about 11 mt). The home is really near the beach (about 300 my) and near the beach there are the best restaurants of Pattaya with International cuisine and all very cheap. My only problem, when I finish my holiday I cannot forget this fabulous villa that I consider like my second home.
