Leamington House is a colonial-style Great House set in the exclusive Leamington Estate, in St. Peter, just south of Speightstown. Built of native coralstone and surrounded by tropical gardens, this villa was enlarged by noted architect, Oliver Messel, and was for many years the home of the American Ambassador.

This property has been totally modernized to provide spacious living and dining areas. These rooms lead directly to the covered terrace, swimming pool and exquisite gardens (complete with statuary), for a completely enchanting and romantic feel.

On the upper floor are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with private bathroom; a fifth bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground level. Completing the accommodation is a TV room and games area with a billiard table. The furnishings in Leamington House are of a high standard throughout.

A private pathway leads directly from the gardens to the beach.
