One of 8 split-level units built around a central swimming pool on a low sea cliff with steps leading down to the beach. Gingerbread has 3 living levels as well as a private roof top deck. One bedroom and private plunge pool on same level as large central swimming pool used by all guests on the compound. Entrance, living, dining room and dining terrace on main level with master Bedroom and Bedroom No 2 located on upper level. From the main sun deck steps lead to secluded beach with good swimming and snorkelling right in front of Merlin Bay.

Gingerbread is located a short drive from Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane Hotel where 5-Star Golf, tennis and spa facilities are available.

Guests are well looked after by a friendly and efficient staff. A chef and maid/laundress and gardener, along with two security guards on property at night.
