Leamington Pavilion is located near Speightstown, St. Peter on a 2 acre beachfront estate, which consists of a four-bedroom Italianate pavilion and a one-bedroom beach cottage which can be rented separately or as an additional accommodation. Recently renovated & refurbished, Leamington features a/c bedrooms and en suite marble bathrooms as well as numerous sitting areas. A memorable formal dining room opens out onto the pool & garden area.

Leamington Pavilion has beautifully landscaped grounds providing natural privacy and a large swimming pool with two elegant poolside gazebos for dining or relaxing; there is also a tennis court and small gym on premises. Golf at Sandy Lane is only ten minutes away.

The highly trained staff will ensure your holiday in this luxurious setting is a truly carefree and relaxing experience.

There is a reef which is great for snorkeling in front of the Pavilion and good swimming a short distance to the north.

**The Security Deposit is $2,500.00 plus a $2,500.00 telephone deposit. In Leamington Pavilion clients can use the phones at anytime for all overseas calls, because of this the security deposit will not be refunded less than 90 days after return from the island.
