Luxury brand new fixtures and fittings throughout - new bed linen, new tiling, teak decking on balcony - flat screen TV, DVD player, free internet connection, air conditioning/heating. This airy, spacious 4th floor studio has stunning views across the water to the lighthouse and the pine clad Cap d'Antibes and the beaches of Salis. It overlooks Square Albert with its fountain and promenade where visitors walk, play boules and watch the world go by. Tempting restaurants and bars also line this sea-front street. There is parking outside the apartment building. There is a separate kitchen and bathroom and the main room has a luxury leather sofabed. There is also a single footstool bed available for child or young person. The terrace has a small table and four outdoor chairs, teak decking with outdoor lighting, and an electric sunshade.

There is much local history to be discovered walking through the old streets of Antibes. Wonderful old stone buildings, food markets, Bric-a-brac and clothes markets galore. If you want to explore further afield, the train station in Antibes takes you west along the coast to Cannes, with the designer shops and where the famous film festival takes place. Or take a train to hillside town of Grasse, famous for its perfume. East on the train will take you to Monaco and across the border into Italy, less than an hour away. Great for a day trip. Juan les Pins is also a lively area, just across the other side of the Cap, 5 minutes drive.from the apartment. Famous for its Jazz Festival and beaches. During the evenings Juan les Pins turns into a buzzing place, street entertainers, restaurants, ice-cream parlours & late night clubs. There are fantastic coastal walks to be taken from the apartment round Cap d'Antibes, a walk up the hill to the lighthouse and chapel must not be missed.

Groceries for arrival can be supplied for a small charge. Best suited for 2 people although will accommodate another person on single bed, but this is in the same room. There is reversible air-conditioning (hot/cold) electric shutters and electric outdoor sunshade on the terrace. There are also exterior lights in the teak decking on the terrace. This studio is extremely spacious and in a glorious position. This is undoubtedly one of the best locations in Antibes.
