This brand new apartment comprises a double bedroom with orthopedic mattress and has lots of storage space and a hairdryer. Fully equipted kitchen makes for easy self catering and includes fan oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Additionally there is a dining area seating four people. The lounge has a very comfortable three seater sofa and easy chair, satellite TV, radio and CD player. Doors lead on to a balcony area with sea views and stairs leading up to the private roof terrace equipted with a dining table and chairs, BBQ, sun beds and stunning sea views out to Coral Bay. The inventory provided exceeds most rental properties and includes everything you will need. This holiday rental apartment is within walking distance of the pretty village of Peyia which has many bars, restaurants, tavernas and a good supermarket.

The apartment Lemon Tree is ideally suited for all types of holiday, the beautiful Coral Bay is just a few minutes away and is without doubt is the best beach in the area. If you like lots of night life, the bars, clubs and restaurants in Paphos cater for all tastes. The town of Paphos has many fasinating historical sights and the harbour area has many bars and excellent restaurants. The old town boasts some excellent shops and a fascinating undercover market every day of the week, which is great for the bargain hunter. Peyia is a delightful traditional village in a gently elevated position over looking Coral Bay. The apartment Lemon Tree, a brand new apartment with its swimming pool is located in the less built up area of the village and has uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains. Whist a car is recommended to enable you to fully explore the area the village is within easy walking distance. The airport is about 20 minutes drive while Paphos town centre and harbour is 10 minutes.

We very much enjoyed our holiday at the Apartment Lemon Tree. This was the first time we had booked a private rental over the internet and we were very impressed by how well organised everything was.
We found the standard of cleanliness excellent and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was lovely for having our meals and the roof terrace was perfect for sun bathing. We used the pool most days. The facilities in the local village are very good some excellent restaurants, banks and an extremely well stocked supermarket. We found the apartment well placed for visiting the nearby beach, the town of Paphos itself and other places of interest. We loved our stay and would definitely return.
