Notes to the rental rates

• Special offers - 10 % discount (on the rent) is available for 3 or more weeks. Long term lets - Available from £125 per week depending on length of period and time of year. Please make enquiries direct o the owner. GENERAL: Payment is accepted in British Pounds, Euros and Swedish Kronor by bank transfer or cheque depending on booking time before rental. An initial non-refundable booking fee of 100 British Pound (140 Euro, 1200 Sek) will secure your booking and remaining amount to be settled 8 weeks in advance of travel. Late bookings are accepted, please enquire. There is an additional charge of 60 Euros to cover cleaning and assistance of representative to ensure that your holiday runs smoothly, plus 12 Euros laundry fee per bedroom used, to be paid directly to our agent upon arrival. A refundable deposit of £100 for breakages is required. Change over days are flexible. Additional extras, Welcome food pack and airport transfers. Hire of cot and/or highchair.
  
• Occupancy:
  A maximum of 6 people are allowed in any one booking and occupancy is based on a weekly basis. The apartment is normally available from 15.00 on the day of arrival but it may be possible to arrive earlier by prior arrangement. The apartment must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure but subject to availability it might be possible to extend this time but must have been agreed to in advance by the owner.
  Cancellation:
  The following charges apply; More than eight weeks before arrival £99. 6-8 weeks before arrival 50% of total rental charge. 4-6 weeks before arrival 75 % of total rental charge. Less than 4 weeks 100% of rental charge. Insurance:
  Guests need to be covered by appropriate travel insurance and provide a copy of cover to owner/representative.
  
• Damages & breakages:
  A refundable deposit of £150 is payable prior to arrival. Following satisfactory inspection upon departure, the deposit will be returned usually within 7 working days. Any damage in excess of £150 is payable direct to owner/agent upon request. Any loss of keys that result in change of locks etc. costs are payable immediately to the local representative.
  Cleaning & Laundry
  Please do not remove towels from the flat. Beach towels are not supplied.
  Clients are expected to leave the apartment clean & tidy and garbage removed. The terrace and kitchen should also be left clean (including cooker). A cleaning & laundry charge for end of stay cleaning is payable in Euros direct to the representative. Intermediate cleaning and laundry can also be arranged at cost.

  The owner will not be liable for any loss or damage to persons, articles or possessions in or around the apartment, its gardens or swimming pool during the client/s occupation.
