This beautiful NEW Provencal villa with private pool is very well situated on the hills overlooking the gulf of Cannes in French Riviera. Set on a garden of 2800 m2 with olive trees & cypress, the villa is very spacious (240 m2) with double living-room of 60 m2, five bedrooms sleeps 10, 3 bathrooms with toilets + 1 guest toilet, a second living-room. Dishwasher, washing machine, bbq, parking are available. Children welcome. The property is set in a very quiet residence area at the walking distance from the charming Medieval village of Saint Cézaire (10km from Grasse, 20km from Riviera Coast, 45km from Nice International Airport). The location is very good for exploring the Cote d'Azur, Provence : Cannes, Mougins, Antibes, Valbonne, Saint Paul de Vence, Nice, Monaco, Saint Tropez, etc...

We would like to thank the owners Elena and Pascal for a wonderfull ,relaxing time in the sun at the villa Floralis.The area is stunning with the villa set in a village up in the hills giving wonderfull views in all directions.There is plenty of space to spread out as we took two famillies and it did not feel crowded at all !!. All was clean and tidy with Pascal making a great job of keeping the pool sparkling. We would recomend this villa to all !

A beautifully spacious villa in a delightful town.

We have just spent a wonderfully relaxing holiday at Villa Floralis and loved every minute. The villa is beautifully presented, comfortable and spacious and was ideal for our family of 10. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard and we thoroughly enjoyed splashing about in the good sized pool. A gentle walk into town (about 10 minutes away) meant we could buy our daily fresh bread and croissants as well as eating out in the local restaurants. The most incredible views of the area were the icing on the cake. If you stay here, make sure you spend at least a morning on the nearby "Lac de St Cassien" - especially if you have kids, as you can hire pedalos and canoes. Elena and Pascal are a charming, friendly (and lucky!!) couple and ensure your stay is as comfortable as it can be. Thanks very much for such a brilliant holiday!!

Very nice and confortable villa

Very nice villa, clean and spacious, offered us the confort and everything we needed to feel like home. We were in a group of 10 and there was enough space for all, the house is nice furnished and decorated, the pool is great. We loved Saint Cezaire and the surroundings. We rent a car and visited a lot between Menton and Saint Tropez, all are very easy to reach from Saint Cezaire. Not least, the owners, Elena and Pascal, were extremely nice and helped us to have a wonderful holiday. We highly recommend this villa.

Maison spacieuse

Début septembre ensemble avec un couple d'amis, deux bébés et un enfant, nous avons loué la maison pour une semaine de vacances. Nous avons étés ravis car sur ses 2 étages, cette maison était idéal. Elle nous a permis que chaque couple et son bébé puisse dormir la nuit sans qu'un bébé ne réveille celui de l'autre !!! (ceux qui ont des enfants nous comprendront). La maison est vraiment très spacieuse et décoré avec beaucoup de goût! Et avec sa belle piscine, comment résister? Nous avons étés conquis!

Le village de St-Cézaire est lui même très charmant et reste pour nous un des plus beaux décors de tout ce qu'on a pu voir le long de la côte. Seul la route pour descendre sur la côte est un peu longue et sinueuse, mais la maison en valait la peine!

I've just finished my fabulous vacation in villa Floralis, it's been great!
we are ten young couples (from 23 to 30 years old) and we really enjoied th Villa, which is exactly as you see in photos,and moreover there are many nice corners that photos don't take!
The pool and the garden full of olive trees allowed us to relax , have fun and to stay in privacy and quiet;the rooms are all comfortable and furnished with good taste, as all the Villa.
It's really close to Saint Cezaire ( go to the open air market which is relly typical) and with the car every place is within reach.
I just wanted to spend few words on Elena and Pascal, the Villa's owners:they have been so kind and friendly and full of good advices!
