Villa Maria is set on a bluff above Great Cruz Bay & offers sweeping 260-degree sunset views of the Caribbean from each of its rooms & decks. This villa has 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each with large ensuite bath & private deck for enjoying the sunset views. A tropical garden surrounds the villa with magnificent flowering hibiscus, citrus, bougainvillea, frangipani, jasmine & orchids.
The main building faces Great Cruz Bay & features a large sunken living room with outdoor shaded lounging deck. Furnishings are comfortable & colorful, and a native-stone wall & unique works of art add interest to the space. Up a few steps from the living room is a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen & both indoor and outdoor dining areas. In addition, an 8-speaker sound system brings your favorite music to all the outdoor decks, the pool deck and the living & dining areas.
On Villa Maria's lower level are 2 large ensuite bedrooms with water views, 1 bedroom with king & the other with 2 twins that may be made up as a king. Above the pool. in an adjacent building, is Villa Maria's separate master suite. Facing the bay, this suite features a king bed, large bath, sitting area with couch, armchair & writing desk, and waterview deck.
Villa Maria's 26'-swimming pool, with 3 tiers for sitting, standing or swimming, is surrounded by a large deck with ample lounge chairs. Adjacent to the pool is a convenient wet bar & shaded dining area. Located just 5 minutes from the Westin Resort's soft sandy beach & recreational activities at Great Cruz Bay, Villa Maria has every luxury for the ultimate island vacation experience. The charming town of Cruz Bay, with shops, boutiques, restaurants, watersports & interisland ferries, is a 10-minute drive, and St John's world-renowned north shore National Park beaches are 20 minutes from the villa.
