Perched high above the waters of Pillsbury Sound on St John's Contant Point, villa Water Cliff offers unmatched sunset views of St Thomas & the Caribbean. Entry into the villa is through a columned pergola overlooking the pool, palm courtyard & azure waters below.
Water Cliff's main level features a spacious great room with cathedral ceiling, fully-equipped kitchen & comfortable dining area, providing gracious entertaining for groups large & small. Large sliding glass doors open onto a wraparound deck with comfortable seating & an outdoor dining area. The views from here are superb!
Each of the 4 air-conditioned bedrooms has private bath, outdoor shower, ceiling fans & large sliding doors that open to the wraparound decks, views & prevailing breezes. The main level has 2 adjacent bedrooms located a few steps up from the pool, on the opposite side of the house from the great room. On the lower level, just a few steps below the pool, are a twin-bedded room & a fully-equipped apartment (with full kitchen, living/dining room area & queen bedroom).
Water Cliff's unique location in the Estate Contant area combines convenience with seclusion: the villa is only 5 minutes from the Westin Resort's sandy beach at Great Cruz Bay, and 5 minutes from Cruz Bay town, with shops, boutiques, restaurants, watersports & interisland ferries. St John's world-renowned north shore National Park beaches, with powder-white sand & some of the finest snorkeling in the Caribbean, is only 15 minutes from the villa.
