This stylish home is in the beautiful community of Westridge only 15 minutes from all the main attractions, (Disney world -Universal Studios - Sea World etc). This fully air-conditioned 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is furnished to a very high standard. Relaxation is well catered for by the provision of comfortably furnished Living/Family rooms with a fully equipped kitchen, for the more energetic there is a fantastic 30ft x15ft electrically heated south facing swimming pool fully screened patio area with charcoal BBQ Grill. The villa sleeps 8 guests very comfortably with little extras including: wireless internet, DVD player & digital cable TV (55+ channels) plus free long distance international phone calls. Westridge has a communal area which has its own swimming pool, cabana, basketball court, floodlit tennis court, volley ball court and a children's play area. There are numerous golf courses within a very short drive, the closest (18 holes) at Highlands Reserve is only 5min away

Westridge is a tranquil, exclusive private gated community just off Hwy 192 on Hwy 27, set alongside beautiful rolling hills of orange groves and beside several fabulous championship golf courses such as Champions Gate designed by Greg Norman. It is a quiet prestigious residential / vacation community, gated to ensure full peace of mind, maximum comfort, and of course security. Within 5 minutes drive are large supermarkets, shops, banks and family friendly restaurants that cater for all tastes and ages. Orlando's main attractions, Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are all within 15-25 minutes drive. Just over an hour away is Tampa and the ever popular Busch Gardens theme park along with the Gulf Coast resorts of St. Petersburg and Clearwater on the west coast and Cape Canaveral, Cocoa and Daytona Beaches on the east coast.

SPECIAL RATES - Bookings within a month of your arrival date ~ £325.00 per week. Pool heating, recommended for cooler periods, is available at £75.00 per week. In fairness to all our guests we respectfully ask that the home is strictly NO SMOKING, although smoking is allowed outside around the pool area. A deposit of £100.00 per week is required with the completed booking form, the balance will be required 8 weeks before departure. A fully refundable security deposit, (£150.00) is required

Golf: The area has an excellent choice of golf courses open to the public, and this, plus almost guaranteed sunshine, makes Orlando hard to beat as a base for that perfect golfing vacation. The villa's location is less than 5 minutes drive to the golf courses at Polo Park East and West, and the challenging par-72 course at Highlands Reserve. 6 Disney courts.

Other Activities: Only 15min from all Major Atractions (Disney - Universal - Sea world).

Stayed for 3 weeks in 2008 and was absolutely delighted with the villa. It is just as described and the location is great. It is just a very short walk to the communal pool which was also brilliant. It is a very spacious villa and the room layout is great for 2 families. Would recommend this to anyone. The owners are lovely people and very helpful which takes away a lot of the hassle and stress. Thank you for letting us stay in your villa.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway, Families with Young Children, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities

Westridge Communnity / Davenport Villa.

The Villa was very clean, very nice layout, ensuite off the Master, was very spacious, pool was very clean and well maintained, kitchen is functional, a sliding walkout to the pool from the living room, great sunset view in the mornings, this Villa is in the Westridge community, of Davenport , Florida, and is easy to find, and also easy get in & out of, close to every Orlando attraction, a rental car will make everything accessible.
All directions & instructions were easy to follow, the Owners are very nice and easy to deal with, and offer this Villa at a reasonable price, especially given the value you receive in exchange.
Many Golf courses, within 3 miles, " Highland Reserve", one of the best, if not the best, is the very next intersection, very easy to get to, and is a very challenging course as well.
Lots of Restaurants very nearby, as is lots of Shopping, and many malls close and within a quick driving distance, as well.
Definately recommend this Villa, I stayed in 2008 and will again in 2009 Etc.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway, Families with Young Children, Families with Teenagers

Well, where do I start. What a great place to stay in when your going on a once in a lifetime holiday..!!
This was our first trip to USA, and we were a bit worried in making the right choice of accomodation (i.e hotel or villa), but can honestly say we made the right choice.
The villa has everything you could want and is kept very clean and tidy, and is a very short drive from all of the main attractions, resturants and bars. I would 100% reccomend this to anybody.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway, Families with Young Children, Families with Teenagers, Pet-friendly, People with Disabilities
