This luxurious, restored 'bastide', dates from the 18th century and is situated in Cotignac (centre: 2km). The bastide/villa is surrounded by a private garden of 2 ha (5 acres), which guarantees optimal privacy. A full size tennis court as well as a swimming pool with a fully equipped terrace with deck chairs and pool house area are at your disposal. Inside the pool house you will find a “cuisine d’été”, with a refrigerator, sink and a gas barbecue (which can also be used outside), a bath room with shower and toilet, and a large dining table with 8 comfortable chairs. Inside the house, you will find an equipped kitchen with all amenities, living room with a comfortable sofa and chairs, fireplace and sat TV. On the ground floor you will find three bedrooms with new box spring beds, and hot and cold water in each room. 1 bathroom with toilet, separate toilet and a large 4th bedroom with en-suite bath room. 2 of the 4 rooms can only be accessed from the outside terrace. The beautiful sea side village of Saint Tropez as well as other interesting cities, such as Aix en Provence can be all reached within the hour. Cotignac is accessible from three airports: Toulon/Hyeres (1hour), Marseille and Nice (1hours 15minutes)

We stayed in this beautiful property for two weeks. What an amazing property! We have really enjoyed the peaceful environment and the attention to detail, I have never rented a property with furniture like this....... It also was a pleasure meeting Wouter Ostdjik, he welcomed us in a very friendly way. He even managed to buy our favorite food and place it in the refrigerator before arrival. Merci beaucoup! We will certainly come back with our children and dog.

Wir waren eine Woche im Juni in diesem wunderschönen Haus.Von Anfang an haben wir uns richtig wohl gefühlt.
Diese paradiesische Stille, der große Garten und die Nachmittage am Pool - das war Erholung pur. Die Betreuung vor Ort von Wouter Oostdijk war sehr freundlich, flexibel und sympathisch.
Wir sind total begeistert und kommen im Oktober wieder.
