This 4-bedroom luxury villa, set on its own strand of southside seashore, is bordered by 350' of pebble shoreline, adjoined by a deck & 100' concrete pier with swim ladder for great snorkeling among live reefs and rocks - for experiened, advanced snorkelers wo are good swimmers only.
Cote Sud is set into a very private and beautifully landscaped cul-de-sac behind an electronic gate on 1-1/2 landscaped acres offering sunrise and sunset views.
Cote Sud's entry portico leads into the stunning main level & large living area, stylishly furnished with colorful ethnic pieces, and surrounded by sliding glass doors opening onto a generous sun deck. The deck is partially sheltered by a shady overhang & is bordered by an infinity-edge pool, with arge hot tub set off to the side. Just below, via a long staircase, is the shoreline & concrete pier, and the expanse of sparkling sea.
On one side of the living area is the a/c media room, with large, sink-into sectional sofa, 50" flatscreen TV, & numerous DVDs. Next door, the main level's king bedroom suite, is sleekly tailored in tropical citron & turquoise hues. On the opposite side is the spacious gourmet kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cherry cabinetry, & lavishly equipped with lovely tableware & lots of cook's tools. The a/c exercise room (as well the laundry room) is just to the rear of the kitchen. A covered garden terrace with large dining table/chairs & gas grill is just outside the living & kitchen areas.
A polished wooden staircase ascends to Cote Sud's upper level & 3 more suites. The upper level's large king master suite on the east side, features a private oceanview balcony w/sliders opening directly to the terrace. This suite has DSL & Wi-Fi for your laptop. The spacious bath features both a multi-spray rain shower & jacuzzi bathtub.
The other west-facing king suite is across the landing and also opens onto the oceanview terrace. The 4th bedroom suite, with peaceful garden view & private balcony (with ocean vista beyond), offers 2 twin beds that may be made up as a king. A wet bar with mini-fridge is on the upper level's landing, and is convenient to the expansive oceanview terrace.
