Villa Pallina is beautifully furnished & landscaped, and looks out over magnificent Magens Bay and its mile-long white sand beach. Pallina's fully air-conditioned main level is comprised of a large, airy Great Room with high ceilings, dining area, well-equipped Siematic kitchen with granite countertops, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms (1 with ensuite bath & the other 2 with shared baths).

The spacious main-level king master suite features a romantic 4-poster bed with matching chaise, a large bath with bidet, tub & shower, and walk-in closet. The other 2 queen bedrooms (on the other side of the Great Room) share a bath, and a powder room is located in the nearby hallway. Bordering the entire oceanfront side of Pallina is a sweeping terrace which enjoys blue vistas of Magens Bay & glorious sunsets - and total privacy for sunbathing.

An exterior staircase leads to the pool & hot tub level, and to Pallina's other king master suite, complete with sitting room, 2nd kitchen & private terrace overlooking Magens Bay. Just outside, along a columned pavilion, is the pool & sun deck - another sublime spot from which to enjoy the views.
