Villa Seabright, located in St Thomas's popular Peterborg Estate, features mesmerizing panoramic views of the Atlantic & distant islands! Vibrant Caribbean colors, charming gingerbread trim and latticework set the stage for this enchanting property. Stairs lead from the parking area up to Seabright's multi-level decks, bordered by lush tropical landscaping - a beautiful array of orchids, palms, bromeliads, climbing vines & mature trees enclose Seabright in a secluded, romantic world.
Seabright is completely air-conditioned on both levels. The main level contains the charming living area, dressed in classic Caribbean decor, and an oceanview dining alcove (alfresco meals may also be enjoyed on the deck). Two steps down is the kitchen, decked out in cheerful blue tile and equipped with cappuccino machine, wine cooler & icemaker. Nearby is the queen bedroom suite, with french doors opening out to the verandah, and an adjoining lounge/home-office (featuring DSL service for your laptop, a printer, & fax).
A sturdy spiral staircase winds up to Seabright's upper level, a cozy loft offering a king bedroom suite with its own private balcony overlooking the beautiful vistas of blue, pool, ocean & sky.
A covered wraparound deck connects the villa's sparkling infinity-edged pool with the living area, and provides uninterrupted ocean vistas. (The pool may be heated for an additional $500/week, ordered & paid for IN ADVANCE of arrival). A 2nd walkway connects the pool deck with a separate pavilion which contains laundry facilities.
Seabright is conveniently located just a few minutes' drive from the white sands of Magens Bay. Island lovers, couples, friends and small families will all savor the special cozy comfort, romance & privacy of Seabright... an absolutely delightful property!
A 4WD vehicle is recommended for Seabright's driveway (very sharp turn).
Please note: Thanksgiving rentals require a 7-night minimum.
