Windward occupies a prime site on 1½ acres in the Sandy Lane Estates. Set in a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, the property, fenced to offer a high degree of privacy, lies on the ridge between the 3rd & 5th fairway of the world-famous Sandy Lane Golf Course: the ideal choice for both golfers and sea lovers.

Ample parking is provided by the forecourt and a double garage. The open plan concept allows for coolness, where the breeze can sway from one side to the other. The spacious verandah overlooks swaying palms and, at the horizon, the Caribbean Sea.

Windward features a cool, pale interior and a clean, uncluttered look - simple and informal, yet with a lot of charm. The wonderful Italian mosaic-tiled swimming pool, with its large coral stone sundeck (ideal for sunbathing), is accented by a Flamboyant tree and framed by a trellis for your intimacy. Windward is also set among climbing bougainvilleas and is surrounded by 1½ acres of lawns & beautifully landscaped gardens with exotic trees. Sunset drinks or even a candlelight dinner al fresco can be enjoyed at the pool's gazebo.

On Sandy Lane Beach, Windward has a cabana that has a refrigerator for drinks, and beach beds & chairs.
