This apartment has two bedrooms, living room with dining area, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There is much to do in the area with the golf course and a great tennis & paddle tennis club nearby. The apartment enjoys a leafy aspect out onto the golf course and the surrounding mature trees, & have a very relaxed feel. The many shops and restaurants of Calahonda are just 1km away and beautiful beaches can be found next to the charming port of Cabopino nearby. C.453

Calahonda is very favourably situated in the province of Malaga, yet only ten minutes drive from the cities of Marbella and Fuengirola. The new motorway means the drive to the Malaga International airport has been reduced to about 20 minutes and Puerto Banus can be reached in less than 15 minutes. Calahonda is very well serviced; there is a little 'train' (kids and aults love this!) that runs from the shopping center up into the hills and to the various attractions. For those who drive there is a great choice of shops and restaurants, beaches and attractions and several golf courses in the area to choose from. This really is great base and a family friendly development. You will find a lovely sandy beach here that stretches westward past Cabo Pino. Here you can enjoy hour long walks, go for a swim or just enjoy the sun. Cabo Pino, which originally was a part of Calahonda, is definitely worth a visit.
