The Art House (ART) in Flamands, St Barts was built in the 1990’s and was designed in the traditional colonial style. The villa has its own 300 square foot swimming pool, surrounded by sun terraces, all set in a tropical garden, with breathtaking views of Flamands Beach, together with the islands of Boulanger. The villa is about 5 minutes on foot from Flamands Beach which is one of the most idyllic beaches on the island. It is a 7-8 minutes drive from shopping and the same distance from Gustavia. The villa has three double bedrooms, two large bathrooms and a first floor living/dining room, incorporating an extremely well appointed kitchen, all surrounded by a large veranda. It is decorated and furnished (Conran, Heals, Harrods) in a contemporary style. The living room and each of the bedrooms feature original artwork by four young English artists.

The Art House is a family friendly villa and is good for children.

Please note that a rental car is now included in all rentals of ART (Winter & Summer - excluding the Christmas holidays). You can have a Suzuki Jimny soft top manual or a Ignis A/C hard top automatic with Turbe Car Rental.
