Delightful detached home located in a tranquil area close to the village of La Roquette Sur Siagne and only 8km from the Palais de Festival in Cannes. The villa and pool house offer 110m3 of living space which includes; a spacious living / dining room, open plan kitchen, two good bedrooms, two bathrooms, terraces on both sides, landscaped gardens, a detached pool house with shower and WC, private pool and parking for 3 cars. The villa is conveniently located for the beaches and town of Cannes, the restaurants of the hill top village of Mougins and to the north the perfume town of Grasse. The lovely south-west facing sunny garden makes it a superb place to relax and unwind. The villa has a maximum occupancy of 6/7 people (plus baby) and being on one level is perfect for a family - young and old. Interior is modern and freshly decorated. Total plot size of 1000 M2 with remote electric gates and car port. The pool has an electric retractable cover for added security and peace of mind.

La Roquette Sur Siagne is 8km from the centre of Cannes with its annual Film Festival, 3km from Mougins with its famous restaurants and just 4km from Grasse and its famous perfumeries. Nice is only 30 minutes by car to experience its famous nightlife and carnival as well as being close to the International Airport. Even Monaco is less than an hour away. If history is your thing try Valbonne,Frejus (with its links to the Roman Empire) or the Gorge du Verdun. For children the beaches are only 10 minutes away and Marineland at Antibes is just 20 minutes away.

The main centre of the village of La Roquette Sur Siagne is about 2km away by foot and the old village centre about 3km. There are not that many shops and a car is recommended. The nearest large food supermarket is about 2km away. A map for the main supermarkets will be provided.

  • Change over is Saturday in July and August.
    Departure by 10am, arrival from 3pm.
    Outside of these months the change over day is flexible. Please ask.
    Reservation deposit: 40% of the rental price.
    Damage deposit: 500 euro cash on arrival, refundable on departure subject to checks..
    Prices quoted above are inclusive of; electricity, water, heating, linen and towels and the end of stay cleaning.
    Pool towels will be provided.
    Pool and garden will be maintained weekly.

Notes: Free standing fans in each room. Mosquito nets at all windows and doors. External shutters keep villa cool. All six sunbeds have soft mattresses. Table and chairs on main terrace seats 8 people. Two more sets of table and chairs exist on other terraces. Pool has an electric, retractable pool cover for safety. Pool measures 8m x 4m and has the sun on it all day from 8am to 7pm. The pool is quite shallow with the deep end measuring 1.6m. You are able to stand up in the deep end with the water at shoulder height. Two electric radiators for heating also available. SMOKING IS ALLOWED ONLY OUTSIDE IN THE GARDEN - NOT IN THE HOUSE PLEASE.
