This property is in a fantastic location, as whilst it is quiet, it is also within walking distance to the local bars & restaurants of Penera and only a 5min walk to great sandy beaches. The villa has 3 bedrooms - 1 double and 2 twin rooms. The bedrooms have private access to a balcony which overlooks the patio and private pool. On the ground floor there is a toilet and the family bathroom is located on the 1st floor. This property also has Air con and central heating for the winter months plus a heated pool.

In a unique position on a new development this villa is only minutes walk away from the Restaurants, Bars and Shops of Pernera town and beach. The larger town of Paralimni is a ten minute drive and offers a varied combination of local tavernas, traditional and modern shopping facilities and a huge variety of cafe-bars. The town square in Paralimni is dominated by two beautiful churches which attract visitors in their hundreds. The hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa is hard to resist. Just 10 minutes drive from Protaras / Ayia Napa, the fabulous restaurants, bars, nightclubs and the electric atmosphere of the square in Ayia Napa center at night are an experience not to be missed. For those whose sole intention is relaxation Protaras beaches are the best on the island. All of them have beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. Golden Coast Hotel is just a few minutes walk away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above rates include the use of the air-conditioning. A 25% deposit (non-refundable) will be required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Long term rentals welcome at reduced rates. There is a £200 damage deposit to be paid at the same time as the rental balance. If there is no damage to the property or contents, then this will be returned immediately upon completion of rental period. .
  • Pool Heating and Villa Central Heating for the winter months is charged at £200 per week. Credit Cards accepted.

I've been to Cyprus a number of times and this is in the best location for everything. The area is gorgeous, and the villa is superb. It's very well equipped and well looked after. We had a great time and can't wait to do it next year, thanks for your help during the booking, much appreciated.

Fantastic 3 bed Villa in Pernera, Protaras, Cyprus

We had a fantastic holiday in this Villa. It's very spacious, very modern decor, lovely kitchen, overall really lovely. It was 5 minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants.
We had no problems entering the villa. The description on the website is perfectly accurate to what the villa looked like and where it was. It was vey clean. The bars and restaurants of Pernera are great. it is a much bigger place than you think with lots of streets going of to different beaches. There is a pathway where you can walk from one end to the other going all the way to protaras along the sea front passing coves and beaches along the way. It was a very relaxing holiday overall. Thanks very much to the owners. I would definately recommend it to my friends and family and hopefully will get back next year.
