This beautifully presented, well equipped and newly refurbished apartment, is ideally positioned for easy access to both the beach and the city centre. The apartment comes fully equipped for comfort and relaxation. Fitted with a 32' flat TV, which can be swiveled to just about any angle. Video, DVD and Satellite enhance your viewing pleasure. The satellite enables you to watch BBC1, ITV etc, together with a host of other UK free view channels. All bedrooms include chests of drawers and wardrobes, with the Master Bedroom and bedroom 2 coming complete with French doors leading out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views of the bay of Palma (If you are lazy you could just stay in bed and enjoy the views). The fully equipped, modern kitchen comes complete with Oven and hob, Dishwasher, large Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Espresso machine, Kettle, Toaster and Sufficient Cutlery and Crockery for 12 people. There are also plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils.

Ideally positioned for easy access to both the sandy beach of Palma, Majorca and the city centre. Within less than 5 minutes walk you arrive in the ‘Casco Antiguo’, Palma’s historic quarter, where you can explore the cobbled streets, the Arab baths, the Plaza Major, museums, many good restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and of course Palma’s most famous landmark its Gothic Cathedral. Palma’s sandy beach is also just a 5 minute walk away. In the Plaza España (10 minutes walk), you will find the hub of Majorca’s transport system, with buses and trains serve the whole of the island, including the famous antique electric train which travels through the picturesque Tramontaña mountain range to Soller. The apartment is central to lots of good restaurants, bars, cafes, museums, designer shops and within easy reach of the whole of Majorca.

Payments can be received in either UK pounds or euro currency. A £200 breakages deposit is also required. This can be paid in cash on arrival if preferred and will be returned, less the cost of breakages or losses, on the day of your departure. We would recommend that sufficient travel insurance is taken out, which will cover you in these eventualities.
